Enedina practices civil litigation with a focus on business and employment matters. Enedina’s practice includes advising new business owners in the areas of entity formation and commercial leasing. Enedina also helps our clients with various employment-related issues, including claims of wage and hour, wrongful termination, disability discrimination, and sexual harassment. In 2016, Enedina was recognized in Sacramento Magazine’s Top Lawyers List for Labor & Employment. Enedina has successfully represented clients in state and federal court, arbitration proceedings, and administrative hearings.

Born and raised in San Jose, California, Enedina received her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California at Berkeley in Political Science. She received her law degree from Santa Clara University School of Law.
Enedina is bilingual and can provide legal services in English and Spanish.
Enedina dedicates her time to help the community. She provides pro bono representation to asylees and immigrant victims of criminal activity. Enedina currently serves on the board of La Raza Lawyers of Santa Clara County.
